What is an eyeliner?
Eyeliner is a makeup that allows you to apply a line to your eyes. There are different types of eyeliner: from liquid to markers and pencils. An eye pencil is one form of eyeliner. You often apply an eye pencil to the waterline of your eyes, but you can also use it to draw a line on your upper lash line. An eye pencil is less precise than, for example, a liquid eyeliner, but it is easier to apply.
Did you know that: the further you apply the line of your eyelashes, the more tired your look will be. Therefore, using the bar as close to your lash line as possible is essential. This gives the tightest result and does not give you a tired look.
