How to use Liquid Eyeliner

Shake the eyeliner before use, draw a thin line along the lash line, starting at the inner corner of the eye and ending at the outer corner. For a dramatic winged eyeliner, draw the line a little further and upwards at the outer corner of the eye. Allow the eyeliner to dry for a few moments.
