Use the Foaming Wash morning and evening a pea-sized amount and spread on wet hands. Apply to damp face and neck, massage in and rinse off with water.

Hold the Clarifying Body Spray about 40 inches from the body and spray onto clean, dry skin. Leave on for 30-60 seconds. Can be used in the morning and evening.
